Discount Tire

Was experiencing some vibration after having my tires rotated and balanced early in August. Discount Tires in Ft Smith rebalanced them, and now my car rides very smoothly again. Much appreciated.

I was genuinely disappointed by my experience. As a young woman, it often feels like some tire repair shops assume I don’t have much knowledge about vehicles or tires, and unfortunately, that’s how I felt during this visit. I came in because I had a slow leak and simply needed a tire patched. The employees were polite, but after looking at my tire, I was immediately told it was “beyond repair.” I questioned the assessment but wasn’t given much explanation. They then inspected my other tires and told me all four needed to be replaced, recommending tires that cost over $100 each with only a two-year warranty. While I understand that one of my tires may eventually need to be replaced due to normal wear, I did not believe replacing all four was necessary. Because I wasn’t confident in the recommendation, I decided to leave without having any work done. Afterward, I purchased a tire repair kit and inspected the tire myself. The nail was located in the center of the tread, which is typically the repairable area. I patched the tire, and the leak has been completely resolved. Based on my experience, I personally would not return. I left feeling like I was being encouraged to purchase n

Got some new tires on my Winnebago on 22 June, nice staff there but I sure now wonder about their QC. I just got my RV out of storage yesterday where I put it right after my tire appt. I am missing a center cap on one of my rear tires, half the valve stem caps are missing and tires show 55 lbs each when the sales ticket says they put in 80, I blame myself for not checking immediately that day, now I find myself wondering, did they really torque the lug nuts? Guess I better go double check that too Update! I was immediately contacted by Discount Tire to address my problems listed above, outstanding customer service, something you rarely see anymore. Big shout out to Ross and the crew there, no doubt this company stands behind it's work!

I recently had a great experience at Discount Tire and wanted to share how impressed I was with their service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to help without being pushy. They took the time to explain my options clearly and helped me find the best tires for my budget and driving needs. The team worked with care and made sure everything was properly installed and checked before I left. They even went the extra mile to ensure my tire pressure was perfect and answered all my questions. What really stood out was their honesty and transparency. It’s clear they value customer trust and satisfaction. Overall, I left feeling confident in my purchase and appreciated the smooth, hassle-free experience. I would definitely recommend Discount Tire to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service. Austin helped me out and was really helpful with everything!

The customer service here is unparalleled. The quality of work is amazing. I come from an automotive background and was very impressed with the whole experience. They were able to start on the car a few minutes earlier than our appointment time and we had four new tires in about 30 minutes. Everything was explained very well throughout the process. Highly recommend.
